Our 2 Step Fleet Wash Process

The detergents manufactured by Bioclean are 100% biodegradable & environmentally friendly.
And since a two-step washing procedure is used, the two different detergents neutralize each other,
returning back to the environment at or close to a neutral (7) pH state, unlike the majority of fleet wash chemicals.

STEP 1

Pre-Wash

Bioclean’s two-step system leverages high-quality, competitively priced detergents formulated for eco-friendly synergy. Upon use, the combined solution returns to a near-neutral pH, minimizing environmental impact. With these eco-friendly methods, you’ll maintain compliance, speed up workflows and get a better wash with every new customer.

STEP 2

Soap

The quality of our soap and methods have gone through extensive research and development. The highest quality detergents mixed with extensive chemistry provide you an eco-friendly wash, speed up your workflow and get a better wash on every client or new customer’s vehicles.

STEP 3

Rinse

Many Bioclean operators rinse with RO or DI water. This process assists in eliminating spotting upon the drying of the vehicle.
